  All I needed was a pin replaced in the strap, amazing service, so quick and efficient! I turned around and turned back he had fixed it and handed it back over, would recommend to any who needs a watch fixing! Easy to find, greet central location too!

  This place is a great find. £45 to replace the battery and pressure test my Tag...and took less than 30 minutes. Other places charge 3 times the price and take 3 weeks. Why go anywhere else???

  Brought my 9 year old Hamilton field watch to Phoenix- it was losing a few minutes a day and was due a service- The turnaround time was quoted as ten weeks but they got it done in five- complete with a 12 month warranty, new seals & springbars, and pressure tested to 50m (twice)- How's that for a full service? The watch is back to running great again- couldn't be more impressed with Phoenix Watches and I'd definitely recommend them- many thanks again!
