Omega servicing

At Phoenix we are specialists in Omega watch repair from modern day Omega Seamasters to vintage Omegas such as the Dynamic.

Rest assured your timepiece is in safe hands. Servicing is all done on site in our state of the art workshop. The watch movement is taken apart and assessed for any replacement parts needed. In the case of vintage models we are able to research and source parts from all over the globe.

The watch movement is then put through our cleaning machine before being carefully rebuilt and oiled. A replacement mainspring is fitted and the watch is then timed. Any parts needed are replaced within the service with only genuine parts.

The case and bracelet is valeted as part of the service but is optional.

The watch is then kept on test for a week for timing purposes before being returned to the client.

A 12-24 month warranty is offered dependant on the model and the age.

Omega Valet Service

We also offer a valet service for Omega, whether it be a full case and bracelet valet or you just need your Perspex glass giving a quick clean, we can get your timepiece looking great again!

Valets are usually done in 24- 48 hours, no appointment is needed just pop in.

Battery/Pressure Testing

Here at Phoenix we offer a swift and efficient service when it comes to having your new battery fitted.

Our on site technicians are well equipped to make sure your timepiece is back on your wrist within the hour. We have the equipment to be able to replace your watch battery, check over the condition of the movement and the consumption of the circuit, check/replace gaskets and then vacuum or water test your watch back to manufacturers standards.
